ROTI ASAS CHEF AINI SALIM

Ingredients :
800g flour (kOi tambah sket lg tepung sb mcm lembik jer)
300g lukewarm water (the amount may vary according to the flour)
120g castor sugar
50g margarine
2 packets (22 g) dried instant yeast
2 eggs (small)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon milk powder
1 teaspoon bread improver
Method :
1. Place flour, castor sugar, dried instant yeast, eggs, salt, baking powder, milk powder and bread improver in a mixing bowl.
2. On the mixer and pour water, a little at a time until the flour almost combined.
3. Add in the margarine and continue kneading. Add more water if needed. Knead till a soft and smooth dough is formed.
4. Make into a big round ball and leave to prove till double the size.
5. Punch down the dough to let the air out. Knead and ready to shape.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 18 - 20 minutes.
(tuk nk jadikan red bean plak)...
1. Dough made into 5 small balls.
2. Roll flat one of the dough and place the red bean paste on top.
3. Cover the paste with the dough.
4. Filling covered.
5. Roll flat the dough.
6. Make a light slit on the flatten dough.
7. Flip it over and roll the dough like how you prepare the swiss roll.
8. Done rolling.
9. Place on the tray and let it proved.
10. Proved and ready to bake.

Carrot Cake

Bahan
2 1/2 cwn Tepung Berserbuk Penaik
1st baking powder
1st soda bicarbonate
1/2st cinnanom powder
1/4st garam
3/4cwn brown sugar
1cwn gula castor
4biji telur
1cwn minyak jagung
1cwn mentega cair
3cwn lobak
3/4 cwn walnut cincang
Topping
3/4 ketul cream cheese
3sm mentega
1/3 cwn icing sugar
1st lime juice
kalau nak more creamy lagi lebihkan butter/krimwell)
Cara
Panaskan oven 180C
Ayak tepung+baking powder+bicarbonate dlm mangkuk
Campurkan lobak parut, minyak jagung, mentega cair, cinnamon powder, brown sugar, castor sugar dan telur
Putar adunan sehingga lebut/gebu. Masukkan walnut dan kisar sebentar
Bakar dlm oven selama 45 min hingga 1 jam.
Biarkan sejuk...buatkan topping
Hiasan Krim Keju
Masukkan semua bahan dalam mangkuk.Kisar hingga halus dan sapukan pada kek
************************************************************************************* dalam demam ritu kOi & family sempat lg pergi kuale kangsar lagik..saje Mr DB nk cari parang katanya disamping nk bawa diaorg melawat lor...dh alang2 ke kuale kOi request la la dgn Mr DB nk makan laksa Pak Ngah...puas mencari 2 ke 3 kali memusing baru jumpa hehehehehe..pernah ke korang taw sal laksa Pak Ngah ne..kOi pon opismate dak kuale la yg bgtaw laksa ne la yg top kat kuale..tu yg teringin nk mencuba...mmg sedap lau korang ke kuale nnt singgah la makan laksa kat situ...nie gambo laksa yg kOi snap..tapi dh makan baru teingat nak amik gambo...
